Just fyi, this didn't show up at all in my sub feed, and that's the first time it has happened. I watch all your content, so I was sad when I missed it.

The door detail was my favorite tbh. Love the way bdubs is REALLY trying to sell the idea of the noteblock as a building block

In addition, I just took the door outline idea, and you can hook those border note blocks up to Redstone for a functioning doorbell.

4:39 Could also use it like those alcohol/drink holder things in restaurants. Not sure what they are called, but you set a bottle in each one of the diamonds. That's what I instantly thought it was, storage for bottles.
jAujAl1 19 days ago
You missed one: use it in a wine cellar. A lot of wine cellars use crates with a diamond pattern for the bottle slots.

I think with using it as a crown molding/wallpaper top it could also be used as a vent cover / cold air return at the top of the wall for a half block style

Interresting, this vid works not only for a noteblock, you can watch any block. And see it with Bdubs eyes: look at the "colors" and think of it as a "building" block. hmmm purpur looks like a hmm... cotton candy workbench. Or a deadbush might be a "magic wand" in a wizards room. I think I'm getting the tought her Bdubs thx a lot! :)

I also used noteblocks as a checkered floor with Redstone lamps (big suprise) On a creative world I was building a bakery that used more red/orange colors (bricks, granite, red sandstone, acacia wood) I was thinking the noteblocks and Redstone lamps could look like floor tiles, and with their colors it matches with the whole color scheme That is what I used noteblocks for :)

Bdubs, I loved this! I’m just letting you know that I received no notification and didn’t see it in my sub box. I think this is a common issue with US-first but you might want to look into them not promoting your videos.

..I didn’t know that bdubs existed until he abruptly joined hermitcraft season 6 and at first I was skeptical and didn’t really give him a chance until near the end of the season (which ever since the first vid I watched I was hooked) obviously from here I started to watch his older videos to get know bdubs more and I stumbled upon one of his most.... upsetting videos and learning that you have experienced that...I’m so sorry and still pray for you daily no parent should ever have to bury there child. I have 3 children myself and I wonder how the heck did you get through that... u pushed through u kept going for HER you kept doing US-first for HER and I’m glad u did because now we have videos like this which I learn from all the time I’m a small US-firstr and wish that I had more followers just so u could see this comment which odds are u won’t but just know I thank you from the lowest pit of my heart for all that you do bdubs

Love it... "... but crazy people can do some pretty interesting things." And it true too! Also, the tower on #8 looked like a surprised llama. Did the chandelier on #9 just have a chain attached to a stone block/slab, or was it a wall on a stone block/slab? it looks good!

This was really cool to see. Not only for the Noteblock inspiration but all the other styles you presented to us too! The desert style with the lily in the center was amazing. Not to mention the old 60s sort of vibe I got from the green room. It was all very inspiring!
